En om 17.00 zijn we naar de Zambezi gelopen, waar een blauwe kano lag. Bleek lek te zijn. Toch even geprobeerd, decrivier op, nax5 min weer terug aan de wal, zat inmiddels in het water, we moesten deze kano zelf in balans houden. Veel te gevaarlijk met alle hippo's en krokodillen op het breedst vd Zambezi met deze kleine wankele lekke houten kano. Een uur kletsen met de dorpsbewoners…”

Alles in allem, wurden aus 2,5std Dorftour mit Getränken und Snaks, 15min und nicht mal ein Wasser.”
